How is the DNA sample collected?

We use a simple and painless cheek swab to collect your DNA sample. No blood or invasive procedures are involved.

What type of IDs do you accept?

You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or other accepted identification). If the DNA test is for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present with proper documentation. Please note that screenshots or images of IDs are not accepted.

Do you charge a travel fee?

A travel fee may apply based on your address and the proximity to the cities listed on our website. We do not travel 90+ minutes outside of the Atlanta area. If a travel fee applies, we will inform you during the confirmation call, and it is due on the same day. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, we will refund the travel fee (minus processing fees).

How long will it take for me to get test results?

The time it takes to receive your test results depends on the type of test. Most test results will be sent within 5 days from the appointment test day.

Do you come to my home?

Yes, we can come to your location, but only to safe areas. For safety protocols, we do not enter your home. The DNA test will be conducted outside of your home at a location that is convenient and secure for you.

Do you process the samples?

No, the labs we have partnered with will process the samples. We do not provide any medical advice. Our role is solely to collect the DNA samples. We are not liable for the results.
