Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mobile DNA Co, we are committed to providing quality service and clear communication regarding your DNA testing experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Appointment Cancellations:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled test time without penalty.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 administrative fee.

2. Testing and Shipment:

Once a test has been performed or DNA kits and supplies have been shipped, no refunds will be issued.If a participant is unable or unwilling to comply with necessary sample recollection requests, no refund will be provided. However, the test may be rescheduled.

3. Test Completion and Delays:

Estimated test completion times will be provided during scheduling and confirmed at the time of testing. While we strive to provide results within the estimated time frame, occasional delays may occur.

4. No Refunds After Testing:

Once the testing process has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including delays or any issues that may arise during testing.
